On Tuesday, August 9th, the Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the hiring of Christopher Lovato as Deputy Township Manager. Mr. Lovato will be the Township Manager upon Tim Rogers’ retirement in December 2022. Mr. Lovato currently is a partner in the law firm of Dickie McCamey where he practiced municipal law for over ten years. His practice includes knowledge of municipal governance, tort liability, eminent domain, zoning and land development.
Mr. Lovato, along with his wife and two children, are excited to make Shaler Township their home in the near future. Mr. Lovato will begin working in early September 2022 to familiarize himself with the Township. We encourage you to stop at the Township Office and welcome Mr. Lovato to Shaler Township.
