The Federal US Treasury (the IRS) and the PA Department of Revenue extended the 2020 Tax Year Annual Filing Deadline from April 15, 2021 to May 17, 2021 due to ongoing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, the PA local income tax deadline (Act 32) was left unchanged by the Commonwealth of PA.
