Planning Commission meeting on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 7:30 PM, the following items are on the agenda:

• Scotio Properties site development request will continued to be tabled. 
• The review of the Sheetz site development project (973 William Flynn Highway, Seventh Ward) will continue from October’s meeting,
• Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities – Lot & Blocks 165-R-125-1 and 165-S-105 – Hawthorne Road – First Ward is requesting a subdivision of their cemetery property

Joint Planning Commission Special meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 7:00 PM with Millvale Borough for the following agenda item:

• Proposed site development request filed by RNS Reality, LLC to continue the existing Conditional Use in the primary structure (Sisters of Mt. Alvernia Mother House) located at 146 Hawthorne Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15209 Lot & Block 165-R-185, 165-R-125-1 and 165-S-105 located in the First Ward.
