The Township of Shaler is accepting applications and resumes for the position of TOWNSHIP ENGINEER. This position is appointed by the Board of Commissioners and is an “at will” employee. The Township Engineer is a specialized employee whose primary function is to perform professional engineering work, supervision of public works management employees, design and inspection of engineering construction projects in the Township.  Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in civil engineering or related field. Applicants will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, PE is required. Applicants must be proficient in MS Office computer programs.  Residency within Shaler Township is not required.
