Elfinwild Lions Club
The Elfinwild Lions Club promotes a variety of community service activities. In addition to selling brooms and trash bags for fund raising, the Elfinwild Lions Club has a spaghetti dinner twice a year, an annual oldies dance, and annual Brunch with Santa. Glenshaw Century ClubThe Glenshaw Century Club was organized in 1946 and has been a vibrant and progressive woman's club. Through various fund raising efforts, the club provides scholarships for the advancement of education and improvement of young men and women that are seniors at Shaler Area High School. Kiwanis Club of Glenshaw
The Kiwanis Club of Glenshaw is unified in its belief that children and their communities benefit from the efforts of a proficient group of caring and involved volunteers. This group serves the community through a variety of service projects and is the proud sponsor of the Shaler Area High School Key Club. North Hills Community Outreach
North Hills Community Outreach (NHCO) is an interfaith nonprofit organization that addresses the spiritual, emotional, physical and material needs of people in crisis, hardship and poverty. NHCO serves individuals and families in all of Northern Allegheny County. NHCO serves many residents of Shaler Township and is supported by individuals, organizations, foundations, governmental entities, religious organizations, schools and civic groups. Since 1952, the Shaler Area Rotary Club has been available to community service projects and the needs of community families. As part of Rotary International, this service organization provides service to others throughout its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders. Bauertown AARP Chapter 2490The Bauerstown AARP provides extensive volunteer services including service to local food pantries, local nursing homes and Meals on Wheels.
